You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants

• Violate the privacy or confidentiality of group sessions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Payment Terms

• Fees are due according to your selected payment plan
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you haven't grown as a person or built meaningful relationships through our service, we will provide a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 60 days of joining your group.

Confidentiality and Privacy

All group discussions are confidential. Participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding anything shared within group sessions. Violations of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

Group Theory is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. While our services may provide support and community, they do not constitute therapy or medical advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on group discussions or support received.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Group Theory or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Changes to Terms
